Roles & Responsibilities:

  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing in IT Sector.
  • Experience of selling Software Products.
  • Experience of selling software as a service (SaaS) will be added advantage.
  • Demonstrating a software solution over the web / in-person meeting.
  • Ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to software solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Somebody who customers will not hesitate to call when they are in problem or call you because they love to talk to you.
  • The sales professional should be able to identify and prospect high value target accounts for new business, maintain existing accounts as well as establish and work with partners.
  • Create strategies for finding new sales leads.
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
  • Track upcoming renewals and drive sales.
  • Track and report expected upgrades/upsells.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management on Sales and Success metrics.
